I got the best compliment....that was intended to be an insult this morning. Not getting too far into what happened...because unlike most, I vowed to leave the drama in High School...I told her what I thought about her. I'll admit, saying things like "I'm not ____(her child's name) please don't yell at me" wasn't very kind, but I think I got my point across. When she told me how 'all I do is talk about my kids and family' I burst into laughter! I looked at Max (who herd it on speaker phone...she didn't know over all that yelling) and said "GOOD! That means I'm doing my job!". Of course he had a huge smile too....my family man.
I invest sooo much into these babies. They are my and Max's life. I was soo excited she hung up on me (actually Max at that point) because I wanted to call my Mom and tell her about that compliment as quickly as possible. I believe there is a reason people are put into my life. I learned this one was to remind me of my focus and loyalty to my family. I know what I want to be and what I don't. I can only hope she learned from me... as I did learn something positive from her.

Well, well, well...you have had said to you what I have heard over the years.;) Focus on the family and not on negativity...if that is what is called negative...talking about my grandbabies too much.
