Exit Stage Left

What an evening! We decided to go to out for dinner last night. Should have been nice right? NO! Not with my little tornado. It all started with doing his favorite thing in the booth. Bouncing. He's almost too large for the high chair so we can't strap him down ans laugh. Not that I would ever laugh at him. No, not me. So he was bouncing on the booth. Max tried occupying him with some of his root beer. Yeah that was smart. We don't give the kids fake juice (Hi-C, CapriSun, Sunny Delight, Gatorade, Kool aid) or coke so imagine what he did once he got the sugar. Yeah bad picture. He got a hold of my cup and did what he so regularly does with it. Sticks his hand in it to get ice. During this process the glass managed to jump from his hand completely missing his clothes and crash to 100 pieces on the floor. Uggh! Finally he was occupied by watching Dad the waitress clean it up. I shoveled the food as quick as I could. Then he walked over and tormented the piano player. OK he didn't torment her, he was flirting with her...same difference, she was distracted. By then we were ready to exit stage left.

I still say had my boy come first he would be and ONLY child!
