Science Experiment

Hearing "Hey guys, let's do a science experiment" can never be good when Max has a drill in one hand, and a coconut in another. So how do you get into a coconut? Wow, I'm not sure if the water inside was fermented or what. Good thing I didn't leave the house because one sip would have caused me to blow over the limit. Acquired taste? I don't know.

I'm sure your curious about this Typhoon that went right over us last night. We were in Tropical Cyclone Condition Of Readiness I (TCCOR-I, it was due to hit within 12 hours) pretty much all day yesterday. We were set at TCCOR- Emergency about 20:00. Almost 12 hours later we are now in TCCOR Recovery some trees are down and the streets are a mess. Only my husband would want to sleep with the bedroom window open a few inches so he can hear the wind howling and blinds banging all night. We were awakened at the butt-crack with a call from the ship, shortly followed by Ombudsman related phone tree call....and been up since.

My son's new somewhat regular thing...peeing in the potty almost all day yesterday. This morning seems to be toilet friendly as well. When I ask him if he has to go potty he still does the grabbing himself and "pshhhh" action. I swear this boy makes me laugh daily. I have to give Kalee credit for helping with the potty training too. She yells for me every time he runs into the bathroom, and routes him on when he goes. She is such a great big sister. At this rate, he just might be potty trained before High School.

*I wasn't going to work on toilet training until after the move. He seems to have an interest in starting...and so do I.
