Thumbs Up!

Had my 3rd treatment today. Sat in the obnoxious corner with four other wonderful ladies who like me, loved to sleep and laugh. ;) I meet some pretty awesome people at that place.

Max had to go to the ship today but my dear friend Susan provided a taxi service to treatment, her loving supervision for our children and a huge smile when all the kids acted out Swan Lake.

When Max came by to pick me up I gave him the good news. My white blood count is high enough to do a little cardio when I am on my 'up' days. Cycling, Walking or the Pre-Cor are all thumbs up. I do have to take obvious sanitary precautions such as going to the Y when they are not busy, wiping equipment down myself to know it's clean and hand washing. I can also take my antioxidant filled juice (Jus) on days not surrounding treatment (will be selling it too after I type out my testimony from last week... I fessed up and told both of my providers who agreed that it was good to go). Oh, and my blood count is so good I can eat thoroughly washed fresh produce too, something I have been doing sparingly and totally miss eating raw red or orange bell peppers. Mmmm.

Now, I'm slipping out. Off to down some water and flush my system.
