Laundry Appreciation Day

What a great Girls Gone Godly Bible study we had tonight. I do have something to say about it, but the book I want to take it from is down stairs...and I'm not. :) Another time.

Tomorrow is my second treatment and it marks the completion of my first cycle of chemo. Only 5 more cycles to go. These past few great feeling days have made me appreciate things differently. Like laundry. Imagine that! Washing laundry is almost therapeutic now...but I still want nothing to do with putting it away unless it somehow burns 600 calories per load. And ironing...not even in the contract unless a European vacation is dangling from the cord. Will my opinion change after this is all over with? Eh. Probably not.

I'm trying to stay up late so I'll sleep during treatment. Heck, the amount of Benadryl they pre-med me with should do the job.

Until tomorrow...
