After you left he was just fine. He said his verse, listened to the lesson and was active
at the times he was supposed to be. But I want to tell you that he got in
trouble and had to sit out for a minute. He just got up and walked out of
the room twice. We explained to him how while he was in Cubbies we need to know
where he is to keep him safe. After the warning he knew that he couldn't just walk out like that.

What? He did the same thing to me at Church this morning! Is this a new trend that I don't know about? Good thing our house alarm beeps and tells me which door is being opened every time we walk out. What the heck is this boy thinking?! Well, the only way to find out is ask....right? Max did just that.
Max: Bear, why did you walk out of Cubbies today?
Bear: Because I wanted Starbucks!
Me: What? (not sure if I heard that right)
Kalee: You don't know how to drive!
Bear: Uh-huh! I just turn and look for Starbucks.
Sometimes I think about how I'd love to jump in Mr. Independence's brain for a day.
